Concert tickets cost $2,500, right? We're so down with the kids.

When Tay's worldwide 1989 Tour returns to the US in July, no less than four politicians will be in the audience - hopefully with some lucky guests. According to the Washington Post, they are each apparently fundraising by selling tickets to Tay's D.C. stop of the tour; and while usually cost on average about $60, these very special Congressional tickets are a liiiiiittle bit steeper:
At least four lawmakers have planned fundraisers at her upcoming concert, according to two invitations obtained by the Loop and two by The Sunlight Foundation. For $2,500 a pop you can enjoy the show with Rep. Gwen Moore (D-Wis.), Rep. Lois Frankel (D-Fla.) or Rep. Cheri Bustos (D-Ill.).
But! If you’re not partisan, and you’re looking for a bargain, you could always go sit in the Rep. Steve Stivers (R-Ohio) suite. He’s offering a discounted rate of $1,500 per ticket. And for $2,500, you can bring a friend.The Washington Post
