We love moody music made by moody boys.
WARNING WARNING - NEW MUSIC ALERT.
Now, we've been known to get a little excited when it comes to music. It's mainly because we love it, but even we fall victim to hysteria and profess our love for something only to end up hating it weeks later.
That is not the case with new electro R&B group MDNGHT. In fact, it's safe to say that we're rather into them and not just because they're kinda cute (although that is a factor).
Well, here are MDNGHT (they seem to have forgotten their vowels haven't they). Don't they look moody?
Hailing from Manchester, MDNGHT are a three piece dance group that have been on the scene for a few years.
No, in fact they can also look moody in sunshine as is apparent in this picture below.
Well it's called "Into The Night" and it sounds something like this.
This song might sound familiar to some of you because it was in fact released back in 2013. However, it's been given a nice new shiny mix by Steve Osborne, who worked with 80s synth-pop groups like New Order, Perfecto, Depeche Mode.
In fact, we think that MDNGHT could be the urban brothers of Years & Years, don't you?
Ok, well lead singer J used to play for England's U18s basketball team before picking music over sport. Also, fellow bandmate Anthony studied music with George from The 1975 and used to record with them before they got their record deal.
Why yes there will and you can watch a preview for it below.
