Last night was the first ever BBC Music Awards, as Tom Jones apparently needed reminding whilst on stage.
And despite only having four award categories, the event's fledgling year was a star-studded affair full of great performances, starting with Coldplay's opener of "A Sky Full Of Stars".
The awards themselves are huge and pretty and shiny (which might explain why there's only four in existence); but after an evening of posing for pictures with his award for British Artist of the Year, Ed Sheeran's looked like it could use a bit of Brasso.
One Direction were there, something-something-blah-blah ZAYN'S HAIR IS DOING THE THING AGAIN.

The boys were an audience favourite last night with another great performance of "Steal My Girl".
And we also got a 360-degree view of the boys (read: Zayn's hair) as they stepped into this weird Vine booth.
As Pharrell gave his acceptance speeches for International Artist and Song Of The Year (for "Happy"), we were all about the camera's slow pan to take in the full magnitude of his hat.
Pharrell was the biggest winner of the night with his two-out-of-four award victory, beating out Lorde, Taylor Swift and Dolly Parton for International Artist. Though we're pretty sure if there was a category for Most Featured In Other Projects, he'd probably have snagged that one instead.
Take That's Gary Barlow didn't hesitate to take a pop at a certain former bandmate, while giving us a sneak peek at the goings-on backstage.
And despite his charming confused-old-man act earlier on, Tom Jones got his groove back when it came to performing at the end of the night. He and kooky crooner Paloma Faith closed the show with a lovely rendition of BBC Music favourite "God Only Knows".
Interesting night, and spells good things for the future of BBC Music. Here's a full breakdown of the nominees and winners of the night below.
