Say goodbye to your Instagram if you cross Nicki and her Barbz.
Dealing with online hate is weird; despite advice like "Don't Feed The Trolls" and heavy use of social media's block features, so far no-one has quite figured out the best way to make it stop entirely. Sadly, not everyone has a legion of fans at their disposal to shut the trolls down when needed.
The superstar rapper has figured out a fun new method of dealing with those who dare to cross her online: Public shaming. In a series of (now deleted) Instagram posts, a presumably fed-up Nicki called out people who had "dissed" her by posting screenshots of their profiles on her own account.
Apparently "she was dissing me" is enough cause for the Barbz; plenty of them were psyched about giving the unsuspecting haters the shout-down of their lives, causing some of the profiles to quickly go private.
Still, a healthy amount of fans did make a point of calling Nicki out for cyber-bullying. Admittedly, when you have 32 million followers at your beck-and-call, it hardly seems like a fair fight to send them after someone with, like, 13. Regardless, Onika took to Twitter to justify her position:
Lol can I just be on my own page minding my business in peace? Lmao. When I post a pic of a person dissin me I'm a bully? Lol this world...— NICKI MINAJ (@NICKIMINAJ) August 23, 2015

Nicki might be onto something in showing other people how to deal with haters and trolls; buuuuut with the size of the squad fighting in her corner, she may need to learn how to shrug it off.
